Crispy, wholesome, and deeply rooted in Mediterranean street food culture, Lebby is a dry-roasted chickpea snack we grew up eating in Turkey. Simple and perfect, it's the kind of satisfying snack you never forget.

Those memories came flooding back every time we wanted something healthy and satisfying, but the options always missed the mark. The snack food aisle kept pushing processed chocolate treats in better-for-you options that were supposed to taste good yet never truly did. 

Fed up and frustrated, we took matters into our own hands and launched Lebby. We worked for months to recreate Lebby, perfecting the texture through a unique slow-roasting process that gives them their signature crunch before covering them in premium chocolate to appeal to the savvy snacker. Steeped in 500-year-old tradition, our original chickpea snack is indulgent by design. 

But we didn't stop there. 

Turkish Pistachios are the newest addition to the Lebby family. Known for their depth of flavor and complex in a way that makes chocolate feel like it was always meant to be their partner, they're decadent and crave-able with the crunch you've come to expect.

Both products were born from the belief that the snack aisle shouldn't force a compromise. You shouldn't have to choose between something that tastes good and something made with ingredients you actually trust. Lebby Snacks are non-GMO, gluten-free, oil-free, and high in plant protein. No gimmicks. No fillers. 

The chickpea started it. The pistachio kept it going. And we're nowhere near done.
